Guided tours

Each CentrixOne module now features an interactive guided tour to explain the basic concepts related to that module.

These guided tours are available when you first click on each module.

Optimization

Combined search for representatives

In the Tasks module, it is now possible to search for a task involving a specific representative, regardless of whether they are assigned to or have created the task.

This new filter is also available in the Opportunities module to search for an opportunity involving a specific sales representative, regardless of whether they are sales representative 1 or 2.

Custom field search

In the Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities modules, it's now possible to instantly perform a search within custom fields without having to create a custom filter.

By default, the search is performed within the basic contact and/or account or opportunity fields.

To specify a search zone, simply click on the dotted lines to the right of the magnifying glass to access the search menu and tick the appropriate boxes.

Loading the opportunity editor

The loading speed for opening an opportunity editor has been greatly improved. This improvement is especially beneficial when opening an opportunity containing a lot of items.

Partial or total selection of contacts/accounts

In the Contacts and Accounts modules, 4 quick actions are now available before accessing a customer card.

You can now select or deselect contacts/accounts on the active page or on all pages at once.

Rounded corners

In the email editor, it is now possible to make the corners of images more round to achieve a refined design.

You can perform this evenly on all corners or only on some corners.

This month, 7 other minor improvements and 24 patches have been made to various parts of the system, to improve the interface and resolve and/or preventing various problems.
