Groupe Durasec streamlines customer follow-ups with CentrixOne CRM
Groupe Durasec has been providing residential and commercial products and services for foundation walls since 1992.
The company is a foundation expert for waterproofing, french drains, plumbing, foundation repair, and radon detection. Quality workmanship, top-of-the-range materials, and customized offers are the principles that have ensured their customers’ satisfaction for many years.
The Problem
During a training session with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Groupe Durasec grasped the importance of using a CRM to improve its customer service, facilitate its team’s work, and have a view on real-time data.
