How do I update my Acomba synchronizer?

Procedure

  1. Go to the server (or workstation) on which the Acomba database and CentrixOne synchronization service are installed.
  2. Open the service named SyncAcomba_YourCompanyName. There should be an icon on the desktop, but it may have been moved to another folder.
  3. When you open the service, a popup will appear to indicate an update. If not, click on Versions to activate the update popup.
  4. Once you’ve agreed to launch the update. The installation wizard will open.
  5. Choose the desired language and click OK.
  6. Click on Update.
  7. Click on Next until the end.
